We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. Cancellation Policy
If a written cancellation notice is received from Primary Renter 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, payments will be fully refunded less $50.00 and the credit card processing fee. If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, payment is non-refundable. Holiday Season cancellation requires a notice by October 15th, 2026.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50%, exclusive of a service fee, is due at the time of booking. Renter is responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates. Full payment for your stay is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, to include service fee. Holiday Season requires full payment by October 15th 2026. Renter might consider travel insurance to mitigate the risk of cancellation.

It was a perfect place to stay for a few days. We even had a small patio and yard area. The staff there were very helpful.
The condo was exactly as pictured. It is set towards the back of the complex so there is very little street noise. Upgraded appliances, so the DW is very quiet. The only minor detraction is the floors are not quite level. Very easy to walk to everything in Aspen. Especially convenient was the buses coming back from the other mountains have a stop right at the Lift One! The daily light housekeeping and the included laundry were both a pleasant surprise. The staff is very nice and accommodating of requests.

Great stay! Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Agi at the front desk was very helpful, we arrived early and she texted us when the room was ready.
Highly recommend staying here!! We’ve been to Aspen many times before and this was our favorite place to stay so far! This Lift One unit was affordable (compared to other accommodations in aspen), spacious, had a well appointed kitchen, a super comfy bed, and was in the perfect location in downtown Aspen! It was quiet yet very close to everything- right down the street from the St. Regis and two awesome restaurants- Monarch and Aosta. The private patio and the building hot tub were added bonuses! The staff at Lift One were also very accommodating and helpful, as we were traveling with an infant. We would definitely stay here again!
