We
are happy to announce that the Lift One Condominium owners have
recently committed to an extensive exterior renovation that will
include a beautiful redesigned pool, hot tub, and patio area,
new windows and entry doors, balcony railings and revamped walkways
and stairs. It will also entail a new look on the outside of
the building and roof lines as you can tell from these renderings.
In the common areas, we will have a larger and more pleasing
ski locker room that will allow for boot storage in addition
to skis and snowboards. The office, laundry room, and lobby area
will be getting a face lift that will be warm and inviting.
We are very excited about these wonderful changes and we know
you will be pleasantly surprised on your next visit to Lift One.
Unfortunately, we will have to close the building from August
14 until mid December for the big makeover. But we will be back
and ready to accommodate you when the project is finished.
