* Normal maximum occupancy. Additional family members are $10/night, except one child under the age of 13 is free.

• Rates do not include sales tax.
• Maid service is provided daily
• A deposit of 50% of your total lodging is due within 10 days of booking your reservation
• Final payment is due before departure. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be made. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be refunded only if the apartment is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation.
