FOR SOME SUMMER FUN?
Hello again from Lift One Condominiums in beautiful Aspen, Colorado.
While the snow is slowly melting and the flower buds are popping
up everyday, Lift One is preparing for another exciting summer.
The Board
of Directors recently had their annual meeting and decided
we will be open from the beginning of June until just after
Labor Day. Which means….we are open for Food and Wine!
Contact us if you have not yet found accommodations for this
spectacular Aspen event!
ASPEN
UPDATES
We probably don’t need to remind you of all the splendid
outdoor activities that are at your disposal here in Aspen. We
would like to mention that the Rio Grande trail has been improved
and lengthened. You can now bike all the way down valley to Carbondale
car-free on the bike path.
The golf
course has also been redone and is playing great. New clay
tennis courts are nearby. The recreation center for the kids
has also done some nice upgrades. The brand new gondola will
be running and you can now upload with your mountain bikes.
Aspen has more than enough fun for everyone in the family.
LIFT
ONE UPDATES
Lift One has had a face lift! The first ever extensive exterior
remodel has put her back into the swing of things. She has new
windows, doors, railings, balconies, lobby, a heated parking
lot, and more.
We will
be renovating the pool and Jacuzzi area this fall and therefore,
will be closed from just after Labor Day until the start of
the ski season. The new pool and hot tub will be done by December. Click

try and we’ll get back to you within 3 days.
As many
of you know our assistant Beth Herr left Lift One in January
to move back to Cincinnati. We have missed her dearly but wish
her the best of luck!
SUMMER
EVENTS
Many locals and visitors swear the summer is actually their favorite
season in Aspen. From the spring time flowers to the yellow fall
colors Aspen has a wonderful mix of events.
Summer long
activities include plays by Theatre Aspen, the Snowmass Summer
of Free Music Series, Snowmass Friday Night Free Movies, Bluegrass
Sundays, and Summer FILMS by Aspen FilmFest as well as the
world famous Aspen Music Festival.
