SNOW SHOWERS BRING…
…summer guests! Yes, as the warm sun teases the green buds
to peak out on the trees, the snow continues to fall. But all we
can think of is the approaching summer. With over 29 feet of snow
fallen from November to now, this winter has been one of the best.
We want to make this summer just as epic.
LIFT
ONE UPDATES
For Lift One, Summer 2006 will be unforgettable. Our owners
recently approved the plans to renovate the Lift One property.
Specifically, the exterior of both buildings, all balconies,
railings, walkways, pool and hot tub are getting an amazing
facelift. Also, the office, lobby, laundry room, ski locker
room and conference room will be renovated. We are so excited
for these improvements and hope our “extended family” is
too.
The news
that we must share is Lift One will be closed as of August
14 this summer. Construction is scheduled for mid-August to
mid-December.
With the Food and Wine Festival kicking off the summer, our two
months of availability are filling up fast. Please call us if
you would like one last stay at the original Lift One.
Most importantly,
you will always receive the same friendly, accommodating and
exceptional service that you are used to. The appearance is
changing but the staff is staying the same here at Lift One.

Snowmass is our town’s central reservation agency. They
know Lift One very well and can help you find lodging similar

Since your last visit, there have been a handful of condo sales
at Lift One. Currently, there is a deluxe 3 bedroom/3 bath for
sale and a soon-to-be renovated and listed 2 bedroom/2 bath.
