LIFT
ONE UPDATES
Hello to all of our friends of Lift One. We are currently experiencing
one of the most beautiful seasons in the mountains with all the
changing leaves displaying beautiful colors in the high country.
Unfortunately we are closed to guests again this fall to complete
the final phase of our extensive renovation that began last September.
Currently our pool and hot tub area are being completely redone
and reconfigured and it is going to look gorgeous. You will love
heading to the hot tub or pool to relax in the new surroundings
whether you are here in the winter or summer.
The facelift
on the exterior of the building is complete along with the
beautiful office, lobby and ski locker room and top of the
line wireless internet service in all condominiums. The office
and lobby feature all new furnishings, slate flooring, and
two computer stations. The ski storage room has all new custom
wood lockers to store your skis, boards and boots with drying
facilities for your boots as well as benches for you to change
into your boots.
We are all
excited with these changes and know you will love the improvements
which some of you saw last winter and over the summer. For
those of you that were inconvenienced last winter due to the
unfinished work being done, we sincerely apologize and hope
to make your next vacation here what you have come to expect
at Lift One.
ASPEN
UPDATES
The Aspen Skiing Company has spent most of the off season and
summer months working on the new base village at Snowmass. Remember
they had the new gondola serving Elk Camp area up and running
last winter and it has really helped to ease some of the congestion
on Fanny Hill.
Women's World
Cup races will be back December 6-10th on Aspen Mountain and
once again Buttermilk will host the ESPN Winter X-Games January
24-27th. These are both great events for Aspen.
GETTING
HERE
United, Delta and US Airways (American West) are the carriers
that fly into the Aspen airport that is so conveniently located
to either Aspen or Snowmass. During the winter United has direct
flights from Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Delta comes in via Salt Lake City and US Airways comes in via
Phoenix. We also suggest a flight to the Eagle/Vail airport which
has many options from larger cities and is a quick 1.5 hours
from Aspen.
RESERVATIONS
When calling for reservations, you will probably be connected
to Molly or Cathleen, our new front desk assistants. They
can help you in choosing the unit that will work for your
group. We are offering early booking discounts of 15% again
for those of you who reserve before November 22nd. They will
give you the details as well as packaging it with discounted
lift tickets. You

OPENING
DATES
Aspen Mountain and Snowmass will open November 22 until April
13. Buttermilk Mountain and Aspen Highlands will be open December
8 until April 6.

you have it. Now it's time to call us and take advantage of
our early booking discount on lodging and lift tickets. The
office is open Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm. As soon
as you get your vacation set up with us you can start counting
down the days until you get back to Aspen and begin all the
fun!
