Wherever you are in the world, fall reminds you of cool mornings, amazing colors and approaching winter. Here in Aspen, it is no different. As everyone is scrambling to get in the last great hike before the first snowfall, we are scrambling to prepare for our winter guests.

The 15% early booking discount is back again for past guests who book before December 1, 2005. This year, we would love to meet more of your friends and family. Pass on the word about Lift One to everyone you know so we can fill Lift One with great guests like you. Have your friend mention your name and we’ll share the discount with them as well. ASPEN UPDATES
•Aspen Highlands will reveal the Deep Temerity Lift and open acres of new terrain. Wax those skis!

•The Base Village at Snowmass is under construction. Don’t shy away from your favorite runs, though. You will be very well taken care of over there among the construction. Go to www.aspensnowmass.com for more Ski Co. information.

LIFT ONE UPDATES
Your home-away-from-home is still the friendly, comfortable and reliable accommodation you have come to love and trust. But we do have some updates for you:

•First and foremost, as of September, the Aspen City Council rejected the plans for the Lodge at Aspen Mountain to be built in the lot south of us. There will be another meeting this fall and hopefully we will dodge construction for the upcoming ski season. So be sure to visit us this year to enjoy the spectacular views.

•For all of our guests who are on the edge of technology, we have added wireless internet to all of our condominiums. The high-speed internet is still available for you in the lobby. Remember to pack your computer, but leave your work behind!

•Currently, there are 3 condominiums listed for sale here at Lift One, one 2 bedroom/2 bath and two 3 bedroom/3 baths. Please call Mac if you would like more details.

•The biggest change at Lift One is the resignation of Sandy at the front desk. After 17 years at Lift One, she has moved on to a new opportunity in Aspen. Mac, Mary, Beth, Kai and Mauro are eager to continue to provide you with exceptional guest service.
