A new season is upon us and it is also one of the prettiest times of the year in the Aspen area. The early mornings definitely have a chill to them and as you look at the surrounding mountains, you can see beautiful colors in the brush and in the trees. These colors should be around into early October so there is plenty of time to enjoy our fall.

Just because the summer is over does not mean the activities are over. Just walk downtown on the weekends and you will notice all the people milling around, soccer or rugby games going on, bikers, hikers, shoppers, the farmers’ market every Saturday, dining on the mall, etc. The annual Aspen Filmfest is coming up later this month. Why not come and get in on some of the action while enjoying such reasonable rates for our condominiums.
