ACCREDITED MEETINGS FOR PHYSICIANS, DENTISTS & ATTORNEYS
The 2005-6 Medical-Dental-Legal Update, an accredited, 20 hour
seminar for physicians of all specialties, dentists and attorneys,
is presented every week this winter through April 14, and weekly
during summer 2006 from June 26 through August 18.
• Featured
are lectures, interviews, and demonstrations on important issues
in medical malpractice, risk management, managed care, practice
management, health care law and selected clinical issues including
HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Chronic Pain Management, Hypertension
and the relationship between Obesity and Mortality. The course
is approved for 20 hours of CME Category 1 Credit as well as
CLE and CDE credit in many states.
• The
classroom is located in the meeting room off the lobby. Winter
lecture hours are 7:30-9:30am and 4:00-6:00pm, Monday through
Friday. In the summer, classes run from 7:30-11:30am.
