I was introduced and fell in love with ZENTS while I was a massage therapist here in Aspen. The company started in Boulder, CO about 20 years ago. Strolling along Hopkins Street in Aspen, CO, is a fun exploration in our culinary options. There are 3 relative newcomers very close to each other – Meat and Cheese, White House Tavern and Hooch. They fit together very well in this corner of town. The founder of Avalanche Cheese Company in Basalt, Wendy Mitchell, opened Meat and Cheese 2 years ago and they have developed a very loyal following among locals and visitors alike. Try one of their signature boards, unique cocktails and their legendary Thai coconut soup. You may think you are in an urban eatery until you look up and see Red Mountain in the setting sun.
